This is what poor Em had in January. I totally forgot how horrible the eye looked. I was looking through pictures on my phone and found theses. The redness was all around the eye, down the side of her nose, and into the cheekbone area. I really thought it was just a bug bite since it was just a little swelling in the morning, but by mid afternoon we were on our way to the clinic. We barely missed a hospital stay. So a couple of antibiotic shots and a blood draw...2.5 hours later, we were on our way home.
