We are back...back to Fort Sill, OK. The kiddos are starting at a brand new school that just opened and it feels like a huge community college. With a little over 1400 students it really is a community college. Pre K - 5th grade. Lord help us. We are all feeling a little overwhelmed and missing Meadows at Fort Hood, TX. We were blessed with 2 years at that amazing little school.
We are so very thankful for an amazing neighborhood with great friends for the kids to play with. We also have awesome teachers that came highly recommended. Mrs. Bilbrey is Kausten's 4th grade teacher and has been doing this for 25 years. And Mrs. Martin is Emmalyn's 1st grade teacher and has been teaching for around 15 years. There is something to be said about time served and a little ol' fashion teaching. This is also the first year that we have been required to wear uniforms. Kausten is not so sure about this....since the school's name is Freedom yet there is no freedom to picking out what you wear. I died laughing over this. =) Leave it to Kausten.
