No Negative November

I was having a really hard time with being negative and speaking unkindly, or just judging too quickly.  Which is so unlike me.  I am a total optimist...but work had been pretty ugly, Jer was gone for the month of October, and I was just off.  SOOOO  NO NEGATIVE NOVEMBER was born.  Thank you Lorinda for this awesome reminder.  I challenge each of you to THINK before you speak or act.
