opening presents

Did a nice family day on Sunday the day after Kausten's actual birthday.  This allowed us to enjoy opening presents, have cake and a fun dinner.  Plus knowing he was getting Legos we didn't want to open them on his birthday, just to leave and not play with them.  But boy did he know he could open his presents because he was up and dressed by 730 ready to unwrap everything.



Jer spent all morning putting together legos and watching nascar.  #1 dad right there.

Thanks Nick, Ashley, Mike, Michelle and kids.  This was a big hit.

she was so excited when he got a new boat...meaning the old boat was up for grabs.  Hers hauls horses and can fly.  Especially since she kept saying she was sinking come rescue me Kausten and he flat out told her he doesn't rescue horse boats.  Good thing her boat can fly.
